The safeguard of the confidentiality of personal data constitutes a primary engagement for CORILA; for this reason our web activities are managed according to the laws on the protection and the safety of the data. The present document, named "PRIVACY POLICY", contains information relevant to the collection and the management of the users data. This Policy can be modified and/or updated in order to adapt it to the characteristics of the services offered by COPRILA. To the senses of Article 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 it is hereby certified the following.
1.Collection and use of the personal data.
We collect two kinds of information relevant to our users: personal information (i.e. name, company, e-mail address, ec), supplied voluntarily by the users, and additional information (i.e. number of visitors of our web site, pages which they approach, etc.).
The management of the personal data will include: collection, recording, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, communication, cancellation and destruction. The treatment of the personal data has the sole aim to supply our services and to enable the necessary management, i.e.:
1. elaboration of the data for internal statistics;
2. operating activities for the internal management.
The collected information will be dealt, protected and controlled, in respect of the precautionary measures, by means preventing the risk of loss or destruction, non-authorized access or not allowed treatment, the lesion to the integrity or the confidentiality of the data.

Articles 7 and 8 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 fix the rights and the faculties that the customer could exercise with reference to the supplied data. In particular, the customer could ask the owner the origin and the existence of the data, their comprehensive availability, and the aim of the treatment.
CORILA undertakes a fair and rapid solution to any possible dispute on the privacy policy.
